POINTING
The tips of the upright held hair will be cut in from the top. Thus the hair's density is reduced and by that the hair loosened up. Maximum Ease!
SLICING
The slightly opened pair of sharp edged scissors glides along the hair. Just by means of that glide movement the sharp edges perform thinning by carving and cutting the hair off. Maximum Ease!
Ideal ergo style - economical thumb movements - stabile fixation in hand
Part of the DOVO Micro Motion line these DOVO Centre Touch scissors are manufactured of high-class stainless steel. Centre Touch scissors are offered in two different finishes.
Centre Touch describes the possibility to ideally balance a pair of scissors by means of their own centre. This new design is EU-registered.
The extreme offset rings guaranty
a) Ideal ergo style. This offset shape allows fitting these scissors optimally into the hand in its natural position. The hand remains absolutely relaxed as it feels to be one unit with the scissors.
b) Economical thumb movements. By means of the shorter scissors shank the thumb's working radius remains very limited. Small thumb movements result in wide but controllable opening and closing of the blades.
c) Stabile fixation in hand. The thumb is positioned right underneath of the index to provide an optimal fixation of the scissors in the user's hand. This kind of static fixation enables to conveniently control long glide slice runs.
Special multi-layer soft-coating - Carbon-Plasma-coating - semi-convex-shaped blades

a) Special multi-layer soft-coating of scissors rings and shanks provides an extremely convenient handling of the scissors at daily work.
b) Carbon-Plasma-Coating. The red coloured but slightly altering carbon-plasma-coating provides a stabile surface to reduce occurring friction at the moving blades. The coating's further purpose is to keep skin and metal separated in order to reduce the probability of outbreaks of skin allergies.
c) Semi-Convex-Shaped Blades. Modern blade forms for modern cutting techniques. The semi-convex shape of the blade supports its static stability when applied for slice cuts. The angle of the cutting edge is less than the traditional standard 45° angle and by that more suitable for slicing performances.
MICRO MOTION - Carbon-Plasma-coating - convex-shaped blades
Part of the DOVO Micro Motion line these DOVO MasterClass scissors are manufactured of high-class stainless steel. MasterClass scissors are offered in one finish and three different sizes 5”, 5 ½” and 6”. The line is completed by a 6” thinning scissors.
MasterClass hairdressers scissors show the following features
a) MICRO MOTION. This DOVO owned patented system guarantees a smooth operation of these adjustable professional scissors during every day's work.
